The essence of an educational institution is that it is uniquely accountable to the past and to the future – not simply or even primarily to the present. Obviously, the most important representatives of the future are the students. With all the important work we do at the College, it is important to recognize how central our students are to the mission of the College, and how vital to our intellectual and community life.

I feel immensely honoured and proud to note that our College has definitely emerged and established itself as a top-notch institution in teaching & learning, and in various co-curricular activities. We provide an ideal social, physical and intellectual environment that helps our students learn and succeed. I am pleased to say that our dedicated approach to education is giving real benefits to our students.

For an institution dating pre-independence era, the saga of achievements and excellence goes long. Our College has been re-accredited with Grade ‘A’ by the National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC). Recently, it has been selected under the ‘Star College Scheme’ by the Department of Bio-Technology, Govt. of India.

The college is scaling new heights under the able guidance of the College Management led by our worthy President S. Surinder Singh Bhullewal Rathan.
