Educational Visit to Punjab State Legislative Assembly, Chandigarh
On dated 22nd March 2018, Students of P.G. Departments of Political Science and Human Rights and Duties of S.G.G.S, Khalsa College, Mahilpur (Hsp) visited Punjab State Legislative Assembly, Chandigarh during Budget Session, 2018. The main objective of this visit was to become aware of the way our democratic institutions work and see the working of our Vidhan Sabha. The Students saw live question hour and Call Attention of this ongoing Budget Session, 2018. It was a great experience to the Students and the faculty members. This visit was educative, informative and interesting. Over all it was a great learning experience. Both the departments are highly thankful to the Principal, Dr. Parvinder Singh and for arranging this visit.
