Department of Music has organised a ‘Classical Music Workshop’ held on 3 April, 2018 at Music Department, S.G.G.S. Mahilpur. Resource person was Dr Hukam Chand, Dean Faculty Performing and Visual Arts, Disciple of Ustad Hussian Baksh (Pakistan). Area of Topic was ‘Different singing style of classical music vocal’. It was a practical oriented workshop. Teachers, Students and Guest were participated. Principal, Dr Parminder singh was welcomed and honour the guest also announced the future planning of music department. Dr Malvinder singh Head of Music Department has given the Vote of thanks to all coming guests. It was a golden memory for all people. Govt College,Hoshiarpur, S.G.H.R.W.C.Chabewal, G.G.D.S.D.C. Harayana, D.A.V. College Hoshiarpur, Govt College Tanda, Khalsa College, Gardhiwala etc were participated and enjoyed.
